At The Horse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that sale items and personalized leather goods are eligible for store credit only.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original box and protective wrapping to ensure they arrive back to our studio in perfect condition.

Attach Your Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, our team will process your refund within 5 business days.
